In the CBSE exam, more than 44 lakh students appeared, and since the exam is over, all students are having tension about their exam results.

Recently the announcement came from education officials of the 10th and 12th CBSE Board that students can expect results this week, so to check your exam marks, you can follow the given instructions.

Parents, class teachers, and even many exam institutions keep refreshing the Twitter handles of the Education Department for getting official updates on exam results.

CBSE 10th and 12th Results Update

More than 44 Lakhs + Students gave this board exam, which was conducted in mid-February, where the actual dates are 15 February to 18 March.  The board has initiated a process with more than 150,000 examiners with around 7,000+ exam centers for the CBSE board.

The CBSE Board is known for their strict exam syllabus, and not just that, but also the transparency given to students, which also reflects on the results of students.

What is Expected Date of CBSE 10th And 12th Class?

Recently on Monday, the HSC Maharashtra Board results were out too early, so CBSE Board 10th and 12Th class results can be expected between Mid May months, while the actual date is not announced yet, but it can be expected from 10 May to 16 May for both 10th and 12th classes.

If we see the previous years’ results out of date, then they are like:

  • 2022: The Exam Results get delayed because of Pandemic.
  • 2023: The Class 12th result was out on 10 May & the Class 10th result was out on 12 May.
  • 2024: Result can be expected from 10 May to 16 May.

The State Board results were good, with 70% of passing, so it is expected that CBSE Board Students can achieve this target, because students have given their best during exams.

How to check CBSE Board Result 2025 on cbse.gov.in

Till date exam results dates are not officially announced, but once they are announced, students and their parents can view the CBSE Scorecard online by using smartphones.

  1. First you have to visit the cbse.gov.in or results.cbse.nic.in website.
  2. • On the home page you will see the Check Result option; just click on it.
  3. Then fill in the given options, such as your roll number, mother’s name, and admit card ID.
  4. Once you fill in all the details properly, click the Check Result option.
  5. Now you can see your CBSE class result; you can even take a print of it.

This is just the soft or Digital copy of your exam result, the actual result will be provided by your College Institutes once it has been released by the Education Department.

Important Steps for Re-Checking Papers

Those students who are not satisfied with their marks or find the marks inaccurate can apply for the rechecking process within 30 days of the announcement of the result.

If you have failed in any subject, then you can even apply for Compartment Exams to clear the subject again, and to appear on that exam, you have to study hard. The expected Compartment exam dates are not announced yet but are expected in July.
