Verity Mods for Minecraft PE

Android app com.bhavy.minecraft_pe · Effective date: 10 October 2026

The short version

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the Verity Mods for Minecraft PE Android app (package name com.bhavy.minecraft_pe, the "App"), which lets you browse and play free online games. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean the developer of the App.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Data stored on your device

To personalise your experience, the App saves the following on your device only:

  • The country, language, gender and age range you select during setup
  • Your chosen game category
  • Your favourite games and recently played games
  • A cached copy of the public game list, so the App opens quickly and works offline

This information is not sent to us, and the App does not include it in any network request or ad request. It stays in the App's private storage on your phone and is removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App is free and is supported by ads served through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. The App shows banner, native, interstitial (full-screen) and app open ads.

To show, personalise (where you have allowed it) and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect:

DataPurpose
Advertising ID (Android device identifier for ads)Ad delivery, personalisation, frequency capping and measurement
IP address and approximate location derived from itShowing ads relevant to your region, fraud prevention
Device information (model, OS version, language, screen size)Showing ads that work on your device
App interactions (ad views, ad clicks, app launches)Ad measurement, analytics and fraud prevention
Diagnostic data (crash and performance logs of the ads SDK)Keeping ads working reliably

This data is collected and processed by Google under Google's own policies. We do not receive your advertising ID or IP address. Learn more:

4. Games (GamePix)

The game list and the games themselves are provided by GamePix. When you open the App, it downloads the public game list from GamePix, and when you open a game it loads from GamePix's website inside the App.

While you play, GamePix and the game's developers may receive standard web data such as your IP address, device and browser details, and may use cookies or similar technologies, including for their own ads. These games are operated by GamePix and their developers, and their own privacy terms apply. See gamepix.com for GamePix's privacy policy.

The App only allows game pages from GamePix to load and blocks navigation to other websites from inside a game.

5. Sharing and rating the app

  • Share App opens Android's share menu with a link to the App. Nothing is sent unless you choose an app to share with, and that app's own privacy policy then applies.
  • Rate Us uses the Google Play in-app review feature or opens the App's Google Play page. Reviews are handled by Google Play.
  • Privacy in the App shows this policy.

6. App permissions

  • INTERNET: download the game list, load games and load ads.
  • ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: check whether you are online so the App can show the right message when you are not.
  • com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID: added by the Google Mobile Ads SDK so it can read the advertising ID, as described in section 3.

The App does not ask for your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files or precise location.

7. Your choices and consent

  • Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: if you are in these regions, the App asks for your consent through Google's consent message before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from Privacy → Ad privacy choices inside the App.
  • Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone's settings (usually Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
  • Google ad settings: manage how Google personalises ads at myadcenter.google.com.
  • On-device data: clear it any time from Settings → Apps → (this app) → Storage → Clear data, or by uninstalling the App.

If you opt out of personalised ads, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

8. How data is shared

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not collect your personal information on our own servers. Data is only collected directly by these third-party services, as described above:

  • Google AdMob (advertising)
  • GamePix (game list and games)
  • Google Play (in-app reviews)

We may disclose information if required by law, but because we do not hold personal data about you, we generally have nothing to disclose.

9. Data retention and deletion

Data stored on your device is kept until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Data collected by Google or GamePix is kept according to their own retention policies. To control or delete data held by Google, use My Google Activity and your Google account settings.

If you have a question about your data, contact us at the email address below and we will help as far as we can.

10. Security

The App's on-device data is kept in private storage that other apps cannot read, protected by Android's app sandbox. The game list, games and ads are loaded over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

11. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App, please contact us and we will help with any concern.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not collect or store personal information on our servers, most requests about advertising data are best handled through Google's tools listed above. You can also contact us, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add features or change service providers. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Please check this page regularly. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
